Yes. To protect the surroundings and vegetation, the use of sparklers, torches, or other fire-related elements is not allowed, nor is confetti, rice, flower petals, or other elements that could damage the vegetation or make cleaning difficult.
How is the wedding set-up and take-down organized?
Set-up and take-down must be carried out in a coordinated manner and under the supervision of the venue. All elements needed for the event must be installed and removed in accordance with the conditions set by Jardín de l’Albarda. In addition, the planned set-up must be submitted beforehand to Gourmet Catering & Eventos to confirm its feasibility and approval.
Are there any limitations on music and sound equipment?
Yes. The volume of sound equipment must be kept within the limits set by the garden throughout the celebration.
Is it mandatory to have a wedding planner?
Yes. Holding a wedding at Jardín de l’Albarda requires the presence of a wedding planner, who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the various suppliers involved in the event.
