Food safety
We operate our own production centre in Picanya (Valencia), with more than 1,600 m², powered by renewable energy and certified with IFS Progress Food, an international standard in food safety and process control.
Traceability and process control
From these facilities, we develop daily gastronomic proposals adapted to conferences, conventions, corporate dinners and institutional receptions, ensuring full traceability and control throughout the entire process, from sourcing to final service.
Sustainability
We continuously work to reduce environmental impact, optimise resources, manage waste responsibly and donate surplus food, integrating social and environmental criteria into the organisation of corporate events.

Innovation is driven through our R&D department, where we develop proposals tailored to each client and type of event. This commitment has been recognised with the National Hospitality Award 2025 for innovation by Hostelería de España.
