At Gourmet Catering & Eventos, being part of València goes far beyond our kitchen — it’s a firm commitment to the city, its people, and its creativity. That’s why we are proud to have contributed our gastronomic expertise to the World Industrial Design Day 2025, held in València on June 27 at La Harinera, alongside the World Design Organization, Andreu World, the Fundació del Disseny de la Comunitat Valenciana, and the Ajuntament de València.
Held for the first time in Spain, the event was streamed live and followed by over 4,000 viewers worldwide.
This year, under the theme Let’s Get Ethical, the gathering brought together more than 50 renowned international speakers to explore the ethical dimensions of design today. The program, curated by the Fundació del Disseny de la Comunitat Valenciana, once again positioned València as a meeting point for professionals, associations, companies, public institutions, and citizens — a city where design is understood as open, collaborative, and deeply committed.
For Gourmet Catering & Eventos, taking part in this event was another opportunity to demonstrate our dedication to sustainability, local produce, and the creation of culinary experiences that reflect the values behind every gathering. We believe in being present where transformative ideas are shared, confident that cuisine, too, can be a force for positive impact.
