Gourmet Catering & Events manages the space exclusively since 2002
Founded in 1272, under the protection of the Roig family of Valencia and declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1996, the Monastery of Ara Christi’s Charterhouse Since 2001, it has hosted a good number of professional and social events, managed exclusively by Gourmet Catering & events.
The space now becomes part of the Business Association Valencia Premium, which brings together under the same seal the most exclusive tourist offer of the Valencian Community.
Its unique and emblematic architecture, its accessibility from the city center, its infrastructure and technological endowment and the extensive and proven experience of the Gourmet team have managed to far exceed the requirements of excellence of Valencia Premium.
Gourmet Catering & Events manages this space exclusively since 2002, offering in addition to catering a service of Organization of events, with a specialist team at the headquarters. Every season they are held More than 150 events, some as renowned as the wedding of the soccer world champion Ivana Andrés or the Louis Vuitton party of the America’s Cup of 2007, or the presentation by Gwyneth Paltrow of a Hugo Boss perfume. In 2023 alone, 89 weddings were celebrated..
The building has a total of 2,800 m2 useful and a great cloister of 5,000 m2, which allows you to host appointments up to 3,000 persons. Its church has a large central nave and six side chapels. It also offers two minor cloisters, a chapter house, a refectory, and a large garden area outside. Located in the Puig de Santa Maria, 20 minutes from the center of Valencia, is strategically positioned near different points of interest and enabled with parking.
