Since November, our team has worked hard to adapt our facilities and procedures to the rigorous standards required to earn IFS Progress Food certification. Paula Campillo, our head of food quality and safety, has been key in this process, leading the implementation of new protocols and procedures that guarantee food security at Gourmet Catering & events, as well as quality of our products.

- Monthly review of facilities: We carry out monthly inspections to ensure the maintenance and hygiene of our facilities, paying special attention to the state of hard plastics and glass.
- Control of physical hazards: We inspect all elements susceptible to contamination to prevent any risk.
