Gourmet Catering & events received yesterday the Valencia 2024 Hospitality Award for Sustainable Gastronomy, a recognition granted for their involvement in research and innovation projects that focus on healthy, sustainable and safe eating at events.

Gourmet Catering is also one of the promoters of the project the mare that goes asindown, a training center in hospitality and tourism for people with Down syndrome and intellectual disability, which also promotes job insertion and the creation of a global manual for the organization of inclusive and sustainable events.

Among the objectives of the company for this new exercise that is beginning, it is proposed to continue to generate alliances with projects and entities to advance towards the fulfillment of the ODS.

The Valencia Hospitality Awards are organized by the Business Federation of Hospitality of Valencia, and aim to recognize the effort and trajectory of the main actors of the hospitality sector in the province, highlighting its role in the continuous improvement of the sector.

In addition, as recognition in its objective towards innovation and sustainability, the company has also recently received the prestigious EventPlus award for the best catering in Spain, being the first Valencian company to receive the award at the national level.
