The formation took place in the Ossoliński Palace, an old Baroque building from the 17th century rehabilitated as a cooking school. The conference culminated with the visit of some of the authorities of the Polish people, who granted Pablo Minister a certificate of collaboration in training with Erasmus projects.

This visit is included within the European Erasmus program, with which Gourmet has been collaborating for 9 years, attracting even its kitchens, captivated by the attractiveness of Mediterranean cuisine, students from all over Europe. Thus, the gastronomic group receives each year some students between the ages of 16 and 22 who have the opportunity to learn from the team’s professionals and, in some cases, join the squad.

“We have been carrying out this training action for nine years at the hands of Educa Projects. This experience has an important human component and is very enriching both for us and for the people who participate, in addition to being an interesting professional opportunity,» assures Minister.
