The Association of Catering Companies (AEC) He has held a working breakfast at the Contrapunto Les Arts restaurant with the most important companies in the province of Valencia to share the current market situation, and the concerns and plans of the sector by 2023.

The event has brought together representatives of Gourmet Catering & SPACES -host company- El Alto Group, , Catering five, , Novaterra Catering, La Branch Group, , Catering flavors and workout events that have put on the table the main concern that currently hinders the pace of their activity: Lack of staff.

After the pandemic, companies encounter great difficulties in finding staff to work at events, and the slightest anticipation of clients together with the new reform of the labor law, only increase the problem.
