An exclusive dinner in the central market for the managers of the main tourist industries in Germany

The role of Gourmet Catering in the Central Market was to be in charge of the official party of the FVW|Travel Talk Kongress, which took place in the Central Market of Valencia and brought together nearly 400 professionals from the German tourism sector.

The market stops served Iberian, pickled, salted and traditional dishes such as potato omelette, gazpachos or rice dishes, as well as a spectacular menu created by Gourmet Catering with about forty references.

València was the city chosen to host the 25th edition of the FVW|Travel Talk Kongress that brought together nearly 400 professionals from the German tourism sector, in a congress that this year has held its twenty-fifth edition, having for the first time in Spain as Headquarters.

It is the most important meeting of the German tourist industry, which brings together general directors and decision-makers to discuss the future of the sector. In addition to offering debates and talks by managers of large companies and experts, the meeting program included complementary activities to learn about the destination, as well as night events in which to network with Spanish tourist professionals.

For dinner, Iberian, pickled, salted, gazpacho assortment and other traditional references of Spanish and Valencian gastronomy were served at different market stalls such as El Rincón del Jamón, Moixamer, Puchades or Virginia.

At the same time, the diners were able to enjoy more than forty references that included typical ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine as well as vegan options, rice varieties and other traditional dishes of Spanish cuisine.

Among the attendees and panelists of the 25th FVW|Travel Talk Kongress were present general directors of well-known travel companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Tui Deutschland, Der Touristik, Hotelplan Group, Aida Cruises, Iberostar, Amadeus or Lufthansa, among others.
