The leading fair in the ceramic sector and Spanish bathroom equipment will have for the first time four short-lived restaurants with the seal of Gourmet Catering & Spaces and will be in charge of serving almost 4,000 menus during this international event in the sector, in addition to other services such as snacks and cocktails. Gourmet Catering has presented at Cevisama an international proposal to complement those that already exist at the fair, and will have a team of more than one hundred people during the four days of the contest.
Italy and the United States have been the gastronomies chosen by Gourmet to serve the exhibitors and the international public of Cevisama, with four ephemeral fully equipped restaurants that will serve products of the highest quality.
In the Flor de Romero space, located in the Mall, the chefs of the gourmet team have opted for a classical representation of Italian cuisine, which always triumphs among diners, including assortment of breads and grizzles, salads and antipasti Tuscans, Duck cannelloni, pasta with and without gluten, a selection of typical country pizzas and desserts.
In cloves and cinnamon, also in the Mall, and La Pebrera, in N3P2, exhibitors and visitors will be able to enjoy faster consumer food such as sandwiches and hamburgers, made with selected meat and fresh ingredients, and including vegan options. Finally, Gourmet Island is an island with several stalls that offer waffles, coffees, cakes, ice creams and sandwiches, and that will be a perfect meeting point for a snack.
