On March 16 and 18 the balconies of Les Arts offer the best views of the entire city of Valencia
The most magical night of the Fallas de València takes the area of the City of Arts and Sciences again to celebrate its already traditional pyrotechnic show. On March 16 and 18 at night, Les Arts opens its doors to enjoy, from its terraces and spaces, the impressive castles and the ‘nit del foc’, with direct views of the fire shooting area.
The experience offers the possibility of enjoying a unique evening in which to contemplate the fireworks from the iconic Calatrava building accompanied by an exquisite gastronomic proposal prepared by the Gourmet Catering & events.
From 9:00 p.m., ‘Nit de Foc a les arts’ proposes an insurmountable plan that will begin with a lyrical recital by the singers and pianists of the Perfectionament Center in the main theater room, followed by a select type dinner Cocktail served prior to the pyrotechnic show from the privileged viewpoints and, finally, a bar service that will conclude at 1:30 p.m..
The menu that diners can taste is made up of more than 20 references, among which are some of the star bites of Gourmet Catering, cold and hot, such as the prawn skewer with dry tomato, fresh basil and sauce Bittersweet, the macaroon of ventresca with pickles or the calamari pepito with lima mayonnaise. In addition, a selection of desserts will be offered, all accompanied by a complete D.O. Utiel-Requena.
