This young woman with Down syndrome is a daily presence in the restaurant Counterpoint Les Arts of Valencia, a space where Gourmet Catering & events has provided an opportunity to young people from the Association asydown to promote its inclusion in the labor market.
Sofía has been working with the restaurant team for a year, which, like others with which Gourmet Catering & events, promotes the labor inclusion of the group in the hospitality and tourism sector.
