Valencia. The evening of that Monday began with an immersive experience designed by Gourmet Catering & Events, which converted access to Veles e Vents into a tour of the Mediterranean pantry. An olive tree presided over the hall as a symbol of the territory, surrounded by a scenery inspired by the garden, the sea and the lagoon. Aromas, textures and colors were combined in a proposal that paid tribute to the origin and the product.
Among the elaborations stood out the crispy pistachio with citrus perfume from Levante, the Almussafes macaron, the tomato coca and basil with fresh zucchini papardelle, the zucchini flower stuffed with cheese. Creamy and the tomato confit with soft and anchovy belly miso.
