Twelve renowned restaurants headlined a major gathering of the València Culinary Festival 2025 on October 27, paying tribute to gastronomic excellence and local produce.

Valencia. The evening began with an immersive experience designed by Gourmet Catering & Eventos, which transformed the entrance to Veles e Vents into a journey through the Mediterranean pantry. An olive tree stood at the center of the hall as a symbol of the region, surrounded by a scenography inspired by the huerta, the sea, and the Albufera. Scents, textures, and colors came together in a concept that paid tribute to origin and local produce.
Among the creations were standout dishes such as pistachio crisp with a hint of Levantine citrus, Almussafes macaron, tomato and basil coca with fresh zucchini pappardelle, zucchini blossom stuffed with creamy cheese, and confit tomato with mild miso and anchovy belly.
