A summer night between fruits, flowers and eternal promises: Inma and Dani’s wedding in San Vicente’s garden

There are weddings that feel like a poem whispered in the ear. that of Inma and Dani, held on June 20, 2025, was exactly that: a warm summer night where love, aesthetics and gastronomy were intertwined in perfect harmony in the incomparable environment of the Garden of Saint Vincent, in Valencia.

From the first moment, the bride and groom dreamed of a celebration that felt like a dinner in the garden of a family home, intimate and cozy. An evocative scene of a summer film, with the warmth of the garlands of light bulbs, the freshness of the grass under the feet and the vibrant life that the fruits, flowers and candles brought lit. And it was precisely that vision that shaped each aesthetic and sensory decision of the evening.

An environment that needs no introduction

The Garden of Saint Vincent, exclusive space Gourmet Catering & events, does not require artifice to dazzle. Your garden is already, by itself, a natural setting full of magic. In the cocktail area, the lawn became an emerald carpet where guests walked between seasons of shared flavors and toasts, wrapped in the aroma of Mediterranean vegetation.

For dinner, the bride and groom opted for a simple and elegant staging: pristine white tablecloths, transparent glass for bass dishes and bread plates, glasses without engravings and silver cutlery. An ethereal aesthetic that served as a perfect canvas for the color pop of floral centers: summer compositions in maroon, orange and fuchsia tones, complemented with fresh fruit from the bride’s family greengrocer. An authentic detail and full of soul.

The menu: an ode to the Mediterranean with a sea flavor

At this wedding, the gastronomic experience—signed by Gourmet Catering & events— It was as personal as it was sophisticated. Inma and Dani imagined a visual and gustatory narrative inspired by their memories, passions and travels. This is how an exquisite stationery was born, designed by handmadebymajo, based on an illustrated tablecloth with ten symbols that speak of them: a conch, a diving mask, a cheesecake, a book, ears and grapes… all connected with the Mediterranean, the sea, the good table and the places that marked its history.

This symbolic universe also served as the inspiration for the menu: fresh flavors, sailors, with local touches and polished presentations to the millimeter. Each dish was a celebration of its common history, designed to evoke emotions and leave a mark in every way.

The decoration achieved that much sought-after balance between the bohemian and the elegant. Exposed fruits, garlands of light, flickering candles and overflowing flowers created a warm, enveloping atmosphere. At the presidential table, a majestic glass chandelier gave a theatrical and romantic air that did not go unnoticed.

Everything was designed for every corner to tell a story. The waiters, framed with the drawings of the tablecloth, the menus with spontaneous typography and handwritten numbers, and an intimate lighting that enveloped the conversations and toasts as if time had stopped.

Inma’s styling: between classicism and emotional modernity

the dress, a creation of Alex Vidal Atelier, it was pure Mediterranean sophistication. the bouquet, of clo’s workshop, was an unexpected protagonist: a cascade of white peonies and pink gardens with orange amaranth that captured the light of the evening. A nostalgic nod to his adolescence (yes, Blair Waldorf would approve that election) and a resounding success within his complete styling, which was crowned with details such as the Embroidered fan of The Viana Fan and the shoes of Ursula Mascaró.

Dani, impeccable in Black Cape, accompanied Inma from the altar of the Our Lady of Pilar School —where the ceremony was officiated— to the magical garden of the orchard, where life together began under the stars.

A story woven over low heat

Inma and Dani met in 2013, they shared laughter, friendship and, unintentionally, were building a solid, traveling, Mediterranean love. The request came in a vineyard in front of Montserrat, and from there, they planned their wedding as someone who writes a poem: with love, symbols and a lot of intention.

with the aid of eTre Studio in planning, and surrounded by professionals such as silver.form In photography, Nala study on video, and good people In audiovisuals, each moment was captured with the sensitivity that a story deserves that does not end, but is just beginning.

Because there are beautiful weddings and then there are those that are lived with the five senses. And this, without a doubt, was one of them.
