There are celebrations that make you smile. Others caress your memory forever.
Pablo and Laura’s wedding was both: a sensory story written with light, flowers and dishes capable of falling in love.
After a ceremony in the majestic Military Church of Santo Domingo, in Valencia, loaded with solemnity and emotion, the guests moved to San Vicente Garden by Gourmet Catering & events, where a stage that seemed fresh from a fashionable editorial awaited them. From the beginning, the couple had an aesthetic mantra that guided everything: “Elegant Fine Dine”, the perfect balance between the classic elegance that represents Pablo and Laura’s romantic and creative sensitivity.
A scenery that turned the sky into a roof
Nothing in its decoration was accessory. Everything from the first candle to the last flower was thought of as if it were part of the setting of an emotional film. The tables, dressed in an ethereal ice tone, were the perfect base for the light to do its magic. The suspended garlands created the illusion of dining under their own sky and the elongated candlesticks, along with candles that seemed endless, sculpted an intimate and bright night landscape.
Carved glassware played with reflections, classic cutlery provided a tribute to the more traditional high table, and vintage bass added that touch of refined nostalgia that only pieces with history can offer.
A luxury without shrillness, an unpretentious sophistication, a conscious beauty.
Flowers that spoke of freedom and movement
The floral decoration became the emotional voice of the wedding. In a chromatic symphony of greens, pinks and garnets —perfect for saying goodbye to summer—, the flowers spread out with controlled drama: Amarantus sliding in free fall, anthuriums that provided sculptural character and species who seemed to dance with the night breeze. The ensemble not only beautified: it dynamized, overflowed personality and made the tables feel alive, almost breathing in synchronously with the guests.
It was an aesthetic that invited you to stay. An atmosphere so enveloping that it made us forget that beyond those lights and those flowers the world continued to spin.

a gastronomic experience that became a souvenir
If the decoration moved at first sight, the gastronomy did it forever.
The cocktail offered a hedonistic tour of recognizable flavors, raised to the maximum. Grilled scallops, quail eggs with sobrassada, or Wagyu’s crisp cloud were some of the guests’ favorite snacks.
But the real moment of ovation came during dinner: sirloin steak served to the perfect point for each guest, accompanied by a thin potato mille-feuille and a mushroom duxelle. The salsa, tuned after a customization process together with the culinary team, managed to enhance without eclipsing the excellence of the meat. An impeccable execution at the service of flavor: a kitchen that listens, interprets and excites.
When in a dining room full of people you only hear silence, it means that the gastronomy is talking high.
Details that embrace
The aesthetic coherence was maintained until the last nuance, and also in what is not seen with the naked eye. The stationery, hand-designed by one of the bride’s friends, became a physical testimony of the bride and groom’s personality: authentic illustrations, sensitive calligraphy and pieces that looked like little works of art intended to be preserved beyond the event.
The music, a carefully selected soundtrack, marked the most important emotional chapters: from an entry as unexpected as it was personal, to a first dance capable of uniting generations and memories in the same measure.
Nothing was missing. Nothing was left over. Everything had an intention: to make each guest feel an essential part of the story.
Emotional inheritance: When love also dresses by memory
For Pablo and Laura, their wedding day not only celebrated their present, but also honored their family history. Both wanted to take a little piece of their grandparents with them, integrating memories full of meaning in the most intimate details of their look.
Laura did it through a Art Deco vintage ring Belonging to her maternal grandmother, accompanied by earrings of three brilliant, delicate and timeless, gift from her father on behalf of her other grandmother. Jewelry with soul, chosen with sensitivity and coherence, which dialogued perfectly with a dress that called for its own prominence.
Paul, for his part, wore a Omega gold watch inherited from his paternal grandfather and some twins belonging to his maternal grandfather. The tie, from an Italian firm, was a gift from one of her best friends, just as Laura’s shoes arrived as a gift from one of her closest friends. Details that turned each complement into a gesture of shared love.

The dress: a piece created to be faithful to Laura
When it comes to wedding dresses, Laura always had a clear certainty: Castellar Granados. The creative process together with the atelier was a deeply emotional experience, lived with her mother and her best friend, who accompanied her in every decision and gave the path an even more special meaning.
From the beginning, the vision was defined: a romantic, light dress, away from rigid structures and formal cuts. A silhouette that flowed, that would breathe and bear the unmistakable seal of Castellar. The fitted body, designed to stylize naturally, was achieved thanks to a delicate draping and the drawing of lines that the team reflected from the first sketch.
The halter neck — an identity trait for Laura — became an essential element, accompanied by a scissor cut that brought modernity and character. The skirt, fluid and full of movement, was designed to accompany every step, every dance, every moment of freedom. Strategic cuts achieved that exact dynamism that Laura imagined.
The detachable sleeves provided the most classic and sophisticated counterpoint: bulging, with draped cuffs and subtle rhinestone details that made them unique pieces. The perfect balance between romanticism and timeless elegance.
The result was a dress with personality, special without being imposed, and deeply faithful to Laura’s style. A creation that not only dressed the bride, but represented her.
