The couple became the architecture in emotion and ritual in show
Fede and Adrian knew that their wedding would not be a succession of moments, but a total experience. A story shared where architecture, emotion and staging dialogaran matter-of-factly. For this they chose the Cartuja de Ara Christi, a former monastery from the THIRTEENTH century, transformed for the occasion into a contemporary setting able to tell his story without betraying their memory.
The choice of the space marked the beginning of a challenge as ambitious as it is necessary to integrate logistics, creativity and cuisine for a group of guests who came from different parts of Spain and from the other side of the Atlantic. The project took the form of the hand of the Eternal Promised, with the look of architectural their foundress, Maria Fernanda, and Gourmet Catering & Events, with the space and the gastronomic proposal, a collaboration that resulted in a memorable event.

Spaces unpublished to celebrate
The scenery was the main thread of the day: lighting, candles, projections and live performances was joined by guests from the reception to the ceremony, held in the refectory —a unusual space for this type of links, where an intervention floral and geometric created an atmosphere surround.
Then the dinner was served in the interior of the church of the Cartuja, signing a gesture as bold as it is elegant: a fusion of modernity, solemnity, and timeless beauty.
Gastronomy and art at the service of the celebration
Conceived as an immersive experience, the dinner was deployed between musical performances and acrobatic numbers embedded in an organic way. The visual composition opted for a symmetry clear that emphasized the central nave: two long tables as axes protagonists and the table of the bride and groom occupying the heart of the space. Each item was chosen with precision so as not to compete with the power of the architectural environment.
Lighting —warm, measure— and the setting with candles were determinants, like the choice of floral with anthuriums and white dahlias as protagonists: a delicate flower and expressive, perfectly aligned with the personality of both. Among the most exciting moments, highlighted the live show of the cake —more of a metre and a half in diameter— Fede and Adrian culminated with a veil of icing sugar; the toast before an imposing tower of cups; and, especially, when the pianist played The man of the piano and the guests, in unison, raised their glasses to sing a cappella. An instant collective that distilled the essence of the day: closeness, joy and authenticity.
During the cocktail, an illustrator and live a twister of pure added layers of craftsmanship and surprise. And when the evening was coming to an end, Never Enough by Loren Allred marked the transition to the dinner. The melody accompanied to the guests by the cloister until, before the closed doors of the church, two acrobats, the opened, and a singer continued the song in rigorous direct. It was the threshold perfect to give way to the night: an end —or perhaps a start— emotion-packed, fruit of months of planning and a shared dream that, for once, it became a reality.
