Gourmet Catering & Espacios sinks its roots in the old Valencian company Noel, founded in 1947 (Noel cafeterias), and in the eighties it began its catering activity at the Palau de la Música, the Vallesa de Mandor and the Ara Christi Charterhouse. After its integration into the Paradis Group in 2002, its Valencian shareholder recovered the majority in 2009. Gourmet Catering & Espacios holds about 1,500 catering events each year, satisfying the needs of more than 250,000 diners per year.
The Gourmet Catering team is made up of professional, young, creative chefs and waiters trained under the company’s guidelines for quality and service.
